1. GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANTS
VENUE: Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, No. 5 Jalan Stesen Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
- Play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers
- Main role involves checking-in and processing documentation for departing passengers according to set procedures, ensuring a smooth departure process.
- Be a brand ambassador to Ground Team Red (GTR) with professional communication skills (even when under pressure) and uphold high grooming standards at all times.
- Be tactful and respectful when dealing with passengers in a timely manner.
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Should possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field with a minimum of credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics (or its equivalent as decided by GTR)
- Must be proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer skills – proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays as assigned by roster rotation and flight schedules
- Age between 20 and 35 years
- Applicants must be willing to work at KLIA 2 , Sepang
- Able to start work immediately
