1. EXECUTIVE DIRECT SALES TEAM

WALK-IN INTERVIEW

COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS TO BRING FOR THE WALK IN INTERVIEW:
  • Original and duplicate copy of certificates & transcripts (Degree, Diploma, STPM, SPM & Professional Certs)
  • A copy of your latest CV
  • A passport sized photo
  • Latest 3 months pay-slip (original & copies if any)
  • A copy of your IC
  • Formal attire and shariah compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify sales potential and manage new business opportunities and execute sales activities of Agrocash-i financing.
  • Ensure the authenticity of applicants’ employer, occupation, salary and documentations submitted are genuine.
  • Submit only completed forms and documentation to Approval and Disbursement Section (ADS) for processing.
  • Follow-up with applicant on the additional documents requested by ADS as well as to provide sales and service advisory to clients.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities for products under the category of fee based and achieve sales target set by the Management.
  • Maintain a good networking of business relationships with the government /semi government departments, local government and GLCs.
  • Improve the qualities of products through customer and market feedback, and convey to Consumer Business Section.
  • Conduct promotional and marketing activities as and when required by the management such as mending booth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree with minimum CGPA 3.0 and above in any field or equivalent.
  • Minimum six (6) months related working experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in managing a set of telesales team including creation of lead for the team is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and written both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Flexible, mobile, self-motivated with selling skill and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Open for Malaysian only.
